Wix Tomorrow Classroom will shut down indefinitely on July 31, 2025.

Users can sign in any time before July 31, 2025 and retrieve their websites and lesson materials. Following the product’s shut down date, all students’ data will be deleted.

We did not come to this decision lightly. When Wix Tomorrow Classroom launched, we imagined a safe space where students could learn about web design and development while creating personally meaningful projects without limits. We’ve been so inspired by the ways students have used websites to bring their ideas to life — big and small — and deeply honored to be part of your students’ learning.

We hope to continue to support your students as creators and changemakers through the Creators of Tomorrow Challenge, built in the same “creators, not consumers” spirit as Tomorrow Classroom. Building your first website is just the beginning; the web is a powerful tool that can open a world of creative possibilities and professional pathways. No matter where your students go next on their web creation journeys, we hope they are imagining, designing, and sharing the tomorrows they hope to inhabit. 

Wix Tomorrow Classroom will be available and function regularly.

You will no longer be able to access Wix Tomorrow Classroom. All students’ data will be deleted.

After July 31, student data will be deleted, including all student websites. If you wish for your students to be able to access their websites after Classroom is shut down, we recommend that you transfer ownership of their websites to a students’ personal Wix account. This will save the website and allow them to access it and continue to edit it as they see fit. See this help article on how to transfer a website.

Once the product is shut down on July 31st, 2025, you will no longer have access to your account through the Tomorrow Classroom platform. You will be able to access any websites you created on your own through Wix.com. You will no longer be able to access student websites.

Once the product is shut down on July 31st, 2025, all data will be deleted. This includes students’ accounts and any data related to them, including websites.

Students who have a personal Wix.com account (an account that was not created as a result of a teacher invite to join Wix Tomorrow Classroom) will continue to have it and will be able to access it through Wix.com.

The Creators of Tomorrow Challenge will continue to operate as usual. Students can take part in our website building challenge and use the Wix.com editor to do so. See more info here. You can also sign up for updates by clicking ‘Stay in the Loop’.
